Real reviews from the App Store.
Great app.
Very nice frontend for Discogs, feels a lot more “Apple” than the Discogs app. Just feels more polished.

The things collectors ask before they download.
What is VinylBox?
VinylBox is a vinyl record and CD collection app for iPhone and iPad. It helps you catalog, value and sell your vinyl records, CDs and cassettes, and works with your Discogs account, so your collection, folders and Wantlist stay in sync.
Is VinylBox free?
VinylBox is free to download, with a free plan to get started that’s perfect for smaller collections. An optional VinylBox Pro subscription, from just $1.99/month, unlocks more, such as Collection Insights, publishing Marketplace listings and unlimited folders and tags.
Do I need a Discogs account?
You can scan and search without one. To add records to a collection or Wantlist, or to sell, sign in with your Discogs account. If you don’t have one yet, you can create one for free from the sign-in screen in VinylBox.
Can it identify records without a barcode?
Yes. Cover scanning searches by the album artwork, which helps with older records that have no barcode. A scan suggests matching releases; compare the details and identifiers to choose the pressing you own. More about scanning.
Where do the values come from?
Values are based on Discogs Marketplace data: an estimated value and recent sold prices for each release, and a minimum, median and maximum for your whole collection. They’re estimates, and the pressing and condition of your copy matter. More about values.
Is VinylBox the official Discogs app?
No. VinylBox is independently developed and works with your Discogs account through the Discogs API. It isn’t affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Discogs. See how the apps compare.
